2. Products and Services

We offer 3D printed products including but not limited to stands, photography equipment, wind turbines, home decor, gadgets, and art pieces. All products are custom-made using additive manufacturing technology.

• Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and material properties
• Minor variations in dimensions (±2mm) are normal for 3D printed items
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective
• Production time varies by product complexity (typically 3-7 business days)

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Limit quantities purchased per person or order
• Correct pricing errors on our website
• Modify or discontinue products without prior notice

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna as displayed at checkout. We do not have access to or store your full card details—all payment information is handled securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by destination and product. Standard shipping typically takes 4-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. Items must be returned in original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Customers must report defects within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of the product attaching photographic evidence of the damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and product designs are the property of nque or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Product Use and Safety

• Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified
• Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts (where applicable)
• Do not expose products to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals
• Follow all included care and safety instructions
• We are not liable for misuse or modifications to products

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
