How to Return

    Initiate Return

    Email us at support@nque.io with your order number to initiate a return.

    Receive Return Label

    We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

    Package and Ship

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Attach the prepaid return label we provide and drop it off at the carrier's designated drop-off location (e.g., Royal Mail Post Office, UPS Store, etc.).

    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

For defective items, we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery attaching photos showing th damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections or slight variations in color and dimensions (±2mm) are normal and not considered defects.
