Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order using our 3D printing technology. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days depending on product complexity and current order volume. Custom designs may require additional time.

Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - FREE on orders over £50
  • Express Shipping: 1 business days - Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 10-15 business days - Calculated at checkout
  • Express International: 5-7 business days - Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
